Agreements and Expectations
Please read through the following material and then fill out this form.
Terms for Collaboration
- Collaborators must be at least 18 years of age to collaborate with the artist. If the legal age in the collaborator's country is over 18, the collaborator must be at least that age.
- Consenting to the following terms and agreements will not guarantee that the artist will accept the Request for Collaboration.
- Payment is not required for collaboration, however tips may be sent here. For commercially-licensed collaborations, the artist will begin work once payment has been received. Refunds are not offered unless initiated by the artist.
- The artist retains full rights to their images and may use them in published materials. All illustrations are made for collaborator's personal, non-commercial use unless stated otherwise.
- This Agreement may be updated from time to time in order to clarify the terms described herein. Collaborators are expected to understand and are bound by the version of the Agreement in effect at the time their consent is given.

what is Skeb-style collaboration?
"Skeb style" is a low-communication collaboration structure where artists have full creative liberty, typically resulting in a final "surprise" artwork with no progress updates, no fixes or changes after completion, and no refunds. It emphasizes trusting the artist to deliver a finished piece based on the initial detailed submission (Collaboration Request).
The artist works in the spirit of Skeb-style collaboration, however for paid collaborators, they are open to small adjustments or revisions. If the artist accepts the collaboration request, they may ask for additional clarifying details.
Collaboration based on A PHOTO reference
By consenting to allow the artist to create an illustration based on a photograph, the Collaborator understands and agrees to the following:
Process and Communication:
- After the Request for Collaboration has been completed, expect a response from the artist via email.
- All parties involved (including the Model(s) depicted and the photographer) must consent to the Artist creating an illustration from the provided photograph.
- The Artist does not hold any rights to the original photograph and will not republish it in any medium.
- The Artist will permanently delete the original photograph from their records upon completion of the illustration.
- The collaborator(s) may communicate preferences or requests for the illustration, including but not limited to details that anonymize or individualize the Model or their location. (i.e. Not including a tattoo or facial features, or not drawing the environment from the original reference image.)
Completion:
After the illustration is completed, the Collaborator can expect communication that includes a digital copy of the illustration.

Available Licenses
Personal: (+$0) For individual, non-commercial and non-monetized uses only
Licensee - Individual
Non-Commercial Use - The creation of digital or physical (i.e. prints) products for personal enjoyment or distribution of the illustration to a non-commercial and non-monetized social and content platform is allowed. Commercial use is not allowed.
Credit - Credit to "Figuratively Exposed" is required for all public uses unless otherwise stated. Do not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the illustration.
Monetized content: (+$100) For content creators and businesses who want to use the illustration as part of their commercial and monetized digital content
Licensee - Individual or Legal Entity (Company)
Commercial Use - The digital distribution to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee is allowed. The illustration may not be re-sold as derivative digital or physical end products.
Credit - Credit to "Figuratively Exposed" is required for all public uses unless otherwise stated. Do not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the illustration.
Commercial merchandising: (+$ Please Inquire) For businesses who want to create, promote, and re-sell their own digital or physical end products made with the created illustration
Licensee - Individual or Legal Entity (Company)
Commercial Use - The digital distribution to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee is allowed. The illustration may not be re-sold as derivative digital or physical end products.
